Valter has more than 20 years of experience in Dealer and Customer Training at John Deere Latin America. Over the last 20 years there have been major changes in Agricultural and Highway construction machinery filled with onboard technology and Digital transformation. Machine operators and maintenance personnel skills have also changed dramatically.
